Daniel Baez brings 15 years of healthcare experience to his role as Clinical Manager at DMV Allergy & Asthma Center, where he has spent the past three years overseeing clinical operations with a steady focus on patient care, safety, and compliance.

Daniel’s roots in healthcare are extensive, and he has been with DMV Allergy & Asthma Center since the practice was founded in June 2024. That from-day-one commitment is part of what makes his role here feel less like a job and more like an extension of family, a trust that shapes how the clinic runs day to day.

Over his career, Daniel has helped build our clinics from the ground up, developing an instinct for what makes a practice work: innovative services, modern clinical protocols and workflows that keep both staff and patients supported. He is also a certified BLS/CPR Instructor, training the clinical team himself and helping build a culture where preparedness and compassionate care go hand in hand.

Today, Daniel combines his nursing background and operational eye to keep the practice running smoothly so every patient across the DMV and Florida regions receives the kind of specialized, personal care that reflects the values this practice was built on.
