Anaphylaxis is a severe allergic reaction that can be life-threatening as it can quickly progress to respiratory collapse. It is a multi-system allergic reaction that can be fatal due to its rapid progression. Anaphylaxis can be caused by foods and medications that the body can quickly react to. Symptoms:
