Paul B. Keiser, M.D., has been board-certified in allergy/immunology since 2013. He grew up in northern Virginia and graduated from medical school at Washington University in Saint Louis. He completed internal medicine training at Georgetown and allergy/immunology training at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease.

Dr. Keiser has authored or co-authored over 30 publications in the fields of allergy, immunology and infectious disease. Prior to practicing Allergy full-time, he served in the U.S. Army. Between and following combat deployments with aviation and infantry task forces he served as a Branch Director, Research Coordinator, and member of the Institutional Review Board at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research. Northern Virginia Magazine selected him as a “Top Doctor” in 2025.

He enjoys exploring history and nature with his family which includes his wife, three daughters, one son-in-law, two grandsons, and a cat.
